Carla Stoner joined CW Financial Services (CW) in 2006 and serves as Chief Financial Officer.  Ms. Stoner also serves on the Executive Committee, a six member team responsible for providing strategic direction to CW and its subsidiaries.  In these capacities, she is responsible for the financial management, budgeting, reporting and strategic financial planning processes for the Company.

Ms. Stoner is a 20-year veteran of the commercial and multifamily real estate industries with extensive expertise in transaction management, property operations, treasury management, debt management and property investments.  Prior to joining CW, Ms. Stoner was the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and 40% Partner of WMC Management Company, a full service real estate management and consulting firm overseeing approximately 200 assets and 3,000 employees.  While with WMC, she managed numerous initiatives to reduce capital costs, resolve deficits and improve financial control for clients - including the creation and implementation of the Rev Pak system designed to maximize revenue for multifamily assets.

Previously, Ms. Stoner was Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations for Apartment Investors and Management Company (Aimco).  While there, she integrated the operations of Insignia and Aimco, reengineered the resident approval process, achieved a ten percent reduction in accounting costs, and created a centralized call center creating additional Funds from Operations.

Ms. Stoner received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
