Primary Servicing

The Primary Servicing platform generally services all loans closed through CW’s lending platform, as well as various loan portfolios owned by institutions.  This in-house servicing advantage provides borrowers with the benefit of working with one dedicated team of CRE professionals throughout the life of their loan.

Currently servicing approximately $16.5 billion of loans in 49 states, the Primary Servicing team has extensive tenure in the industry and utilizes state of the art technology in managing its portfolio.  This includes a robust server website known as BIC (the Borrower Information Center), which allows borrowers immediate, around-the-clock access to essential information regarding their loans.

The Primary Servicing platform’s client service performance has been recognized by Fitch Ratings with a Primary Servicer rating of CPS2+ and a Master Servicer rating of CMS3, and by Standard & Poor's with a Primary Servicer ranking of Strong and a Master Servicer ranking of Average.
