George T. O’Neil III, CPCU, ARM, CRM, CIC

Mr. O’Neil serves as President of ConvergentRisk Insurance Agency. He has over 25 years of experience in a broad range of commercial risk management and insurance operations including mergers and acquisitions and management of the underwriting divisions of some of the world’s most respected insurers.

Mr. O’Neil holds a Master of Science in Management from Salve Regina University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance from the University of Rhode Island. He also holds the Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) industry designations, as well as Property & Casualty Consulting and producer licenses.

Mr. O’Neil is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Executive Insurance Roundtable and serves as a guest speaker at industry events.

George L. Marshall ARM, AAI

Mr. Marshall serves as Assistant Vice President of ConvergentRisk Insurance Agency, and Bethesda Branch Office Manager. He has over 22 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry with a current focus on complex Commercial, Industrial, Office and Retail risk management portfolios. George brings decades of underwriting experience with leading commercial insurers and reinsurers as an authority in the management of risk. Mr. Marshall holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame at Notre Dame, Indiana.

Mr. Marshall holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) industry designations, and is currently a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) candidate. He also holds resident Property & Casualty Producer, and Consultant licenses in Maryland and non-resident licenses in a number of other states.

Mr. Marshall is a member of the National Insurance Industry Association.
