Positional Summary

This position will be responsible for supporting the business in assisting in developing, establishing, maintaining and implementing marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.  The Digital Marketing Manager will be an integral part of CW’s businesses and play a key role in effectively marketing, branding, advertising and promoting CW business lines.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in and collaborate with marketing team to market, advertise and promote all business lines
• Utilize design platforms to create digital ads/social media campaigns
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• Assist in determining and managing a marketing/events budget and deliver marketing activity within the agreed upon budget
• Prepare new business and other marketing presentations
• Assure consistency in company wide marketing materials
• Assist in tracking all new business activity
• Assist in attracting and interact with potential new clients
• Facilitate the preparation of new business presentations and events

Skills / Experience Requirements

• 5 – 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, administrative support or related areas
• Advanced graphic design skills
• Experience with InDesign, Google Analytics, and Constant Contact
• Experience with social media and search platforms
• Experience marketing and planning events
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain analysis in a thoughtful, clear manner
• Organized and able to prioritize workload/projects
• Ability to work cohesively with team members
• Ability to take direction and ask appropriate questions to assure correct end result achieved
